What is it?
Adrenic acid is made in the body through metabolism of arachidonic acid. Since our bodies can make it, adrenic acid is not essential.
Why it matters
Adrenic acid is found mostly in the brain and adrenal glands. It has effects on the tone of our blood vessels and our brain function.
