Get your blood drawn
Visit a LifeLabs location in Vancouver, or have a mobile phlebotomist come to your home or office ($100 a draw). It takes 10 to 15 minutes.
See your results
Your results land in your dashboard in 5 to 9 days, with plain-language explanations for each marker.
Talk it through
Book a virtual consult with a nurse practitioner, who walks you through your results and builds your action plan. Your second draw shows what's changed.

Blood testing in Vancouver: what to know
In-clinic or at home
In Vancouver, NiaHealth in-clinic draws happen at LifeLabs. If you'd rather stay home, a Dynacare mobile phlebotomist can come to your home or office instead, for $100 a draw ($200 a year for both). Your results go to the same NiaHealth dashboard either way.
No referral needed
You don't need a referral. A clinician licensed in British Columbia orders your tests, and a nurse practitioner reviews them with you in a virtual consult.
DEXA, VO2 max and B.C. add-on rules
Vancouver members can add a DEXA scan in Vancouver ($225) and a VO2 max test in Vancouver ($225). One B.C. detail is worth knowing before you book: the Inflammation Panel needs an in-clinic draw, and the Omega Panel needs an at-home draw.
Private, not billed to MSP
NiaHealth is a private membership, so it isn't billed to MSP. See what we test or how a membership works.
