Clinical calculators, built for clarity

Transparent, evidence-based tools that show the math behind every result.

The library

Pick a number to decode

Every calculator here maps to a biomarker we actually test and report on. Free ones are live now; the rest are on the way.

These use numbers you already have. Get the rest.

A calculator can only work with what you feed it. Test 60+ biomarkers twice a year and get a plan written by a Canadian clinician.

Why we built these

A number without context is just anxiety

Every result is explained

Each tool shows the arithmetic, not just the answer. If a score comes out high, you can see exactly which input drove it.

Both unit systems, handled properly

Canadian labs report mmol/L, US labs mg/dL — and cholesterol and triglycerides convert at different rates. We convert correctly instead of using one factor for everything.

Limits stated up front

Where an equation breaks down — Friedewald at high triglycerides, Framingham outside its derivation cohort — the tool says so rather than quietly returning a wrong number.

Nothing leaves your browser

All calculations run locally. No account, no submission, no health data stored on our servers.

Risk shown in people, not percentages

“7%” is abstract. Seven highlighted figures out of a hundred is not. Where it helps, results are shown as icon arrays.
