Dawn McEwen (née Askin)

Olympic Gold Medallist, Curling

“In sport, I learned how much the small details matter. Now I’m applying that same mindset to my health.

NiaHealth helped me spot a B12 deficiency I wouldn’t have noticed—and my clinician made the science make sense, connecting the dots between my results and daily habits. It’s simple, actionable, and empowering. The clarity I used to chase on the ice, I’ve found again in how I take care of myself.”

Robbie Bent

CEO & Co-Founder, Othership

“I’ve spent the last six years building Othership—reimagining what community, connection, and modern wellness could look like—while also becoming a new dad. It’s been the most fulfilling (and exhausting chapter) of my life.

NiaHealth has been the reset I knew I needed. Their dashboard goes deep—it’s like a mirror that finally shows what’s really going on inside. It’s helping me take care of my health with the same intention I’ve poured into building everything else.”

Mohammed Ridwan

CEO & Co-Founder, Pluto Card

“As a tech startup founder and CEO, I track everything from sales, metrics, sleep... but your body’s data is the one dashboard most people ignore.

NiaHealth honestly made it fast and effortless to finally see what’s really going on under the hood. I use the Ultra plan and even plugged the reports into my own GPT setup—no gatekeeping, just clean data and insights I can act on.”

No - we do not prescribe medication. However, we do provide, where applicable, suggestions. For interventions (including medications and supplements), we include a note of suggestions that you can discuss with your current medical team. Prescriptions are left to their discretion.

Members may cancel at any time. If a cancellation occurs within the first 6 months of membership, a $300 cancellation fee will apply to each plan member. Members can only complete their second blood draw only after 6 months of their first initial monthly payment. Upon cancellation, all future monthly charges will stop immediately and no further charges will be made. Cancellation terminates access to all remaining Ultra services not yet received, regardless of payments made to date — for example, a member who has completed a blood draw but has not yet received VO2 max testing, DEXA, or other remaining Ultra services will lose access to those services upon cancellation.
