This guarantee applies solely to Core membership purchases and is not applicable to any other NiaHealth memberships or products. Limit one refund per person. To be eligible, the member must complete the full Core experience, including required onboarding, blood draw, and clinician consult. Following completion of the full Core experience, the member must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days; requests submitted outside this window are not eligible. Prior to processing any refund, the member must complete a 30-minute feedback call, which must be conducted in good faith.
