About NiaHealth

Staying healthy shouldn't be confusing, time-consuming, or reactive. It should feel empowering.

We're building a new kind of healthcare. Proactive, personalized, and built around the individual. Through a digital-first experience, at-home health testing, and personalized care, we give Canadians clear, early insight into their health and the support they need to actually act on it. No noise, no medical jargon. Just meaningful data, thoughtful design, and a product people trust.

We're an early-stage company moving fast, backed by leading Canadian investors including Golden Ventures, Version One, and Garage Capital, alongside operators from Shopify, Uber, and Wattpad.

As we scale, we're looking for a client coordinator who thrives at the intersection of relationship building, sales, and exceptional client experience. This role is central to our growth. You'll be a trusted guide for prospective and existing clients as they navigate their journey with NiaHealth.

Manage inbound social media comments and DMs from our community.
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and CRM development.
Support selling and upselling as we work toward the team's goal of more than 15% month over month growth in D2C sales.

Client support and CX
Deliver a white-glove client experience: invoicing, order management, fulfillment, and coordination with partners.
Manage inbound client inquiries via Intercom, supporting lab requisitions, invoicing, and client data requests with precision and compliance.
Resolve conversations independently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Provide responsive coverage during required hours to ensure continuity of support.
Maintain a 1-hour first-reply time and work with the team toward a resolution time under 4 hours.
Work closely with our CX team, since great sales and great client experience overlap constantly.
